I have been watching this project for a few weeks now and holding off until you had time tracking before I started to install and adopt it for my business.
I like the simplicity and it is very close to what I am looking for in a project management system. However, the new time tracking in 0.35 is just a little lacking. Below are my suggestions for this module. Others may share the same ideas or they may not be useful to you at all.
Time tracking is better for me on the task rather than by project. I need to be able to see how much time was spent on each task, and as it currently exists this is impossible.
I also need to be able to add notes to each time entry outlining what was done. I could overcome the problems with the first suggestion if I at least had notes capability on the time tracking.
I will use this time entered to bill my clients based on what time my team spent on their project. Right now, I have no way of providing notes or information on what this time was spent on, thus I can't send it in an invoice. The "notes" area of time management is very important to me.
