Can't find variable "shortcut" in manageproject.php

This is when trying to add a user to a project. Seem to be coming from here:

This is after installing prioritization and comments plug-ins.

This has nothing to do with the plugins.
This is old code that was left over when the keyboards shortcut feature was removed some releases ago.

To make this JS error go away open tabsmenu-project.tpl and delete lines 1-23
Then the error should go away.
