[0.6] Email validation

Users can't use a underscore ( _ ) in their email addresses. I tried to find the control for it, so I could bypass the check but I haven't found it yet. Does somebody else know how to bypass the email check / add the _ to the current check? Like I said, I cant find it, have already looked for it but there are so many scripts! Thanks in Advance
