When accessing the tasklist from the link in a project tree (project dashboard), I get an error from the browser saying "this page isn't working". The link on the broken page shows: http://narsd.mrshmc.com/project/managet ... d=1&tlid=5

In the web server error log, I am getting the following error message:
[Wed Jun 07 08:15:29 2017] [error] [client 10.2.105.89] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught --> Smarty: Unable to load template file 'tasklist.tpl' <-- \n thrown in /opt/collabtive/vendor/smarty/smarty/libs/sysplugins/smarty_internal_template.php on line 139, referer: http://narsd.mrshmc.com/project/managep ... oject&id=1
I have searched the entire path of the collabtive application, but find no file called tasklist.tpl. I have also gone back to the original zip file and expanded a fresh instance, and that file is not present.
However, if I access the tasklist from the menubar within the project, I am able to pull up the tasklist successfully. The link shows as: http://narsd.mrshmc.com/project/managet ... oject&id=1

Please advise as to corrective action. My operating environment is as follows:
