Error installing

Good Morning. I'm trying to install collabtive, but I get the following error: "Fatal error: Call to a member function execute() on boolean in C:\xampp\htdocs\collabtive\include\class.settings.php on line 26". I can not find a solution to this problem and I hope you can help me. Thank you.

If you know the steps you took to get this error, please let us know. There is a 4.21 version in beta testing where this perhaps has been fixed, but Im not sure.
