Add Subsequent Milestones Start Date does not Autofill v 3.1

Collabtive v 3.1
Serving from Ubuntu 18.04.2 on Apache 2.4.29

Creating the first milestone in a project does automatically fill the start date with today's date, however after the first one is saved, when you create second entry or more, the start date is no longer automatically populated with today's date.

Happens in all browsers, I have tried, Chrome, Opera, Firefox
