Is the answer to: Q: Can we change the format in which our message emails are sent to the users and clients?

Up to date? Seems a little out of date.

I'd like to be able to update all the emails to include the project in the subject, instead of "by (User)".

The contributor provided his answer and code snippets in 2009. That's an era ago... in terms of software.
Though I haven't verified this, I'm pretty certain that the code base has evolved so much since then, that his patch can't be applied any longer as is.
